This raspy-voiced redhead is a strong and
grounded actor, with a terrific comedic sense.
After a quick rise to the Second City Main stage, Geri Hall has gone on to perform in
countless film and television roles, including Ken Finkelman's At The Hotel, the
Miramax feature Shall We Dance starring Richard Gere, and the CBC's Little
Mosque on The Prairie and The Mercer Report.
Geri Hall has been been nominated for Canadian Comedy Awards for co-writing the CBC
comedy special To Die 4, and won the honour of "Best Improv and Sketch Troupe"
with her Second City castmates. She has also been nominated for a Gemini Award,
along with the rest of the cast, for her work on This Hour Has 22 Minutes, as
well as for her role on Global's The Jane Show.
Geri Hall has won a Canadian Screenwriting Award for Episode 17 of Season 14 along with
the cast and writers of "This Hour Has 22 Minutes". She was also nominated for
an award for Episode 3 of Season 15.
Geri won the honour of "Best Improv and Sketch Troupe" with her Second City
castmates for their show "Sordido Deluxo"
Geri has also been been nominated for Canadian Comedy Awards for co-writing the
CBC comedy special To Die 4.
