entertainer who packs 60 - 100 celebrities into his multi-faceted show. In just
a few short years Houston has established himself as a world-class entertainer
with a remarkable repertoire mimicking voices where audiences continue to talk
about his lineup of stars long after the show ends.
Houston
MacPherson performed his one-man show "Celebrities" in the main showroom at Harrahs
Hotel, Tropicana Hotel and hosted as Jack Nicholson at the MGM Grand in Las
Vegas. He performs Actors: such as Clint Eastwood, Humphrey Bogart, Marlon
Brando, John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart, George C. Scott, Comedians: George Burns,
Rodney Dangerfield, Jackie Mason, Paul Lynde, Presidents: Ronald Reagan, Richard
Nixon, Bill Clinton, John F. Kennedy, George Bush Jr. & Sr., TV Personalities:
Ed Sullivan, Andy Rooney, Dr. Phil Sportscasters:: Walter Cronkite, Canadian,
Don Cherry, Singers: Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Johnny Mathis, Bing Crosby, Louis
Armstrong, Bobby Darin, etc. Amongst his 30 Singing Legends:
MacPherson pays special
tribute to Johnny Cash, Neil Diamond, Elvis, Paul Anka, Roy Orbison and captures
the swing, swagger and charm of Dean Martin. He performs across Canada and the
U.S. at fundraisers and on the corporate and convention circuit. Houston’s show
is similar in style to Danny Gans of Las Vegas and Andre Philippe Gagnon.
Houston often interacts with guests and apart from his easy-going stage
presence, he also has a natural ability to adlib with his audience. A truly
unforgettable performance as Houston brings along a host of celebrities to your
special event. His show is a a rich blend of music, comedy and brilliant
impressions. He performs with tracks or a live band and can customize each show
according to the client's specific requirements or requests.
