How
to Book Entertainment
Initially
we will require the date, location, attendance, background of guests, type of
entertainment required ie. musical, comedian, variety, speaker, celebrity.
Secondly,
total entertainment budget will need to be determined. In addition to the
fee other costs could be; transportation, sound and lighting requirements, miscellaneous
expenses such as accommodations and meals.
Most
importantly we will assist in deciding on the right entertainment for your
function by supplying a list of options that match your budget and event
requirements. After the decision is made we will issue a contract and a
deposit will be due, normally 50%. We will review the contract in detail
with you, and make any changes that are reasonable and appropriate.
We
will assist 100% of the way, from the initial conversations to completion of the
event. Our objective is to take your vision of the event and turn it into
a memorable experience.
