·   Known as The Universal Blind Comic Mike Simmonds lights the stage with a unique perspective as a blind comedian. One feature unites all of his audiences, laughter, and plenty of it.

 

In his home province, where blood freezes in less than 10 minutes, Mike Simmonds had no problem shaking the cold sweat from his back to move on to the comedy stage. Audiences everywhere applaud his unique comedy styling and why not, with impressions of celebrities, politicians and musicians. Mike also parodies commercials, smoking, science and of course a look into the world of the blind. Performances include an appearance from his Mississippi Saxophone (no extra charge).  Mike has appeared at; Calgary Funnyfest, Alternative Standup Stage, and The Vancouver International Comedy Festival.
