Richard Forget is a new style techno-magician giving
magic a high-tech veneer. Sophisticated, original and Award-winning
magic. Richard Forget is a magician with a show that places him at
the forefront of the magic world. He has created a magnificent
magical experience that is inspired by urban living in Toronto.
These vignettes tell a fascinating tale about Richard's experiences
in an urban setting, with a magical twist. Richard Forget has performed in
Canada, U.S.A., Europe and Asia as well as on live television in
front of millions of viewers, dazzling a wide variety of audiences
with his innovative and visually stunning illusions.
Richard's signature act, An Urban Phantasy is a timeless story with
the feel of a classic film. The elegant magician, dressed in top hat
and sharp suit standing by a pay phone, performs visually stunning
illusions while he is waiting for his call to connect. Fire dances
around his body, magic wands mysteriously appear and multiply on the
tips of his fingers, and confetti bursts, seemingly from nowhere.
The visual highlight of the story occurs when an attractive
assistant is manifested from a mobile phone! The act is
choreographed to music with no language barriers. The show may be
customized from a six minute to 45-minute show. Richard presents
various illusions including Suspended from Hockey, The Phone Ring,
and other illusions with an urban creative element that are apart of
Urban Phantasies magic and illusion.
